Bed & Breakfast Accommodation in Nairn, Scottish Highlands

Fairhaven B&B is currently closed.
Iain and Jane Fairweather look forward to welcoming you to Fairhaven in Nairn. We are situated in the historic Fishertown area of Nairn, close to the town centre and the beach.  Fairhaven is an ideal base for the holidaymaker planning to explore the Scottish Highlands as well as a stop-over for the business traveller. Nairn is just a few miles from Clava Cairns, one of the must-visit places for anyone following on the trail of Outlander. It’s also a good starting point for the now famous North Coast 500 (NC500) route around the North of Scotland.

Nairn has lots to offer. With its long, sandy, beaches and promenades it became known in Victorian times as the Brighton of the North. It’s unique micro-climate ensures that it has more hours of sunshine and less rainfall than towns just 15 miles away. You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to deciding where to eat out with a range of fine restaurants to choose from. Historic sites such as Culloden Battlefield, Fort George, Clava Cairns, and Cawdor Castle are all within easy reach. Nairn’s two Golf courses offer enjoyment and challenges to both novices and pro’s.

Fairhaven dates back to the early 1800’s. Both of the modern ensuite guest rooms are on the ground floor, offering easy access. We have one double room and one twin-bedded accommodation. For those with their own laptops and tablets there is free WiFi access.
